We don’t always post the point totals when we do a shootout like this because it gets complicated – you have to decide what the important features and performance categories are, determine how much weight each one should hold, and then actually hash out the scores with the team. That said, some of these table saws scored so close to each other that I didn’t feel it was fair to just leave it up to the rankings.

The marketplace determined a while back that professional jobsite table saws should feature 10-inch blades powered by 15-amp motors with convenient, folding stands with wheels for transport and storage. There are exceptions to the rule but, by-and-large, that’s what you’ll find. Yet Pro table saws are different in rip capacity, fence design, build quality, RPMs, and several other features. The newest Hitachi table saw is the Japanese company’s solution to jobsite cutting needs. It appears to be a contender for all-around table saw excellence, but can it really live up to the hype?

This Porsche has been radically transformed by West Coast Customs into a car that gracefully merges modern-day performance with the classic body style of a 356. China is a tricky market. Overall, it’s a weaker market and a declining build rate, which puts pressure on the suppliers. So there are a fight against — around volumes. So price pressure in China has started.

I am wondering how much gear the average triathlete will lose on that (i am worried since i tend to use very light gear uphill) any thoughts on that ?!

During my riding with it, it worked exactly as I expected, though it was oddly quite loud between shifts, which you can hear in the video. Since there were only two bikes (mine and Jim’s), it’s unclear if this was just an issue specific to these two bikes or not, but it was definitely noticeable. Way rougher sounding than just normal shifts.
