Alcon Components’ advanced braking systems are used in the motorsport, automotive and defence sectors. First line lock: With the transmission in drive and pressing the brake pedal with your left foot, tap the line lock icon on the screen. The T3PA pedal set is a real step up from the two-pedal board you get with the T150. Sadly, it’s still made mainly from plastic, but it feels sturdy enough. The big upgrade is the conical brake mod that’s supplied in the box for optional installation. Screwing this in gives a more realistic, progressive feel to the brake pedal.

Last, what will parts availability be like in say 5 years when the stuff is worn out but they have something newer and “better”? Good luck getting stuff to keep it running.

The dry weight of saws in our best battery-powered chainsaw shootout range from 12.15 to 14.41 pounds. Experience shows that a saw’s weight is less important than proper balance overall as you only feel the weight when you are NOT cutting.
