Getting the fewest number of cuts fell to the Greenworks Pro 60V Max with just 29 cuts on its 2.0 amp hour battery. Kobalt —another 2.0 amp hour battery pack model—made it through 35. Oregon came in with 47 cuts using its 4.0 amp hour battery.

L I N C O L N. At the rear of the Corsair, the letters of the Lincoln name are widely spaced across the deck. But these aren’t just pieces glued on haphazardly. The team took into account the curvature of the rear panel and adjusted the shapes of the letters so they would appear as linear as possible.

Note that in either mode you can still manually shift the front ring by just dual-holding the two shifters. Galvanization is performed before the friction material is attached to the backing plate. By galvanizing the surface between the backing plate and friction material, the possibility of corrosion that can cause edge lift and delamination is potentially reduced.

While electrical brakes don’t have the same wear as mechanical systems, they can wear out over time due to brushes and other factors. In either case, it’s wise to monitor how long the blade spins after the trigger is released. If the brake ceases to stop the blade quickly, consider servicing or replacing the tool.
