Wouldn’t you think GM would at least start there with a letter to those who called telling you they fixed the GM PROBLEM you called about. You see I fix the problem and move on. I payed for the tune, it fixed the problem, I moved on. And that is why I knew NOTHING about the GM fix for a GM PROBLEM. Also being a programmer myself, or coder, or whatever they want to be called now, I doubt there is much difference in what my tune is doing or what GM is doing, but GM is half the price. However I will NOT be spending another $120.00 or whatever on another GM PROBLEM that should have been fixed for free.
